Black Snake Creek Project

Working in oils on high quality stretched linen and black/white graphics on paper, I have been painting and drawing landscape themes over several years and continue to develop concepts, which challenge the way I see and understand the environment.

Recent projects include the Black Snake Creek Project and Terrors Creek new territory. The Black Snake Creek Project was exhibited at the Ipswich Regional Gallery in a group exhibition called 'Local Now'. The 'Terrors Creek new territories' works were developed from time spent in the Dayboro area and feature the local creek that, like the Black Snake Creek faces its own environmental challenges. These were featured at a solo art exhibition at The Hub Gallery, Caboolture Regional Gallery.

Currently, I am working on a new series after a recent trip to Uluru and Kata Tjuta in the Northern Territory.

I hope you enjoy looking at my artwork for sale and that you will contact me with any questions about my work or methodology, of course, I would be delighted if you would like to own a painting, as have many people who have bought my work over the years.
